Dr. Chad Krezelok, O.D.
Doctor of Optometry
Dr. Chad Krezelok received his Doctorate of Optometry in 2006 from Pacific University. During the majority of his college years, he serves as an artillery man and crew chief with the Army National Guard. From 2006 to 2017 Dr. Krezelok lived mainly in Bozeman working part time as an optometrist and part time as an adventurer; spending as much time as possible outdoors: running, skiing, biking and hiking. During that time he volunteered with the Big Sky Ski Patrol and Eaglemount, as part of their teaching team.
In 2017, he took a position as the Opometry Supervisor with Wind River Family and Community Healthcare on the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming. During his time there, Dr. Krezelok was a full time clinician, as well as adjunct faculty with Pacific University College of Optometry and Southern College of Optometry.
Though he was born and raised in Wyoming, the draw of beautiful Montana was too strong. He is thrilled to be part of Eyecare Professionals and the Livingston Community.
Bailey
Operations Manager

Bailey is an ABO certified optician who started her optical career in 2007 with Eyecare Professionals. Bailey is originally from Colorado but has been a resident for many years even graduating from Park High School in 2006. Bailey has spent many years working in the optical and medical field and loves helping patients, staff, and providers.
Bailey spends her off time with her son, dogs, and bearded dragon. Bailey loves to spend the summers outside in her hammock, in the garden or enjoying many of Livingstons local events. In the winters it's cross country skiing, crocheting, and taking advantage of all the local hot springs.
Hugh
ABOC - Optician
Hugh is an ABO certified optician, and while technically not a native, he hopes you don’t hold being an Army brat against him. His love affair with Montana started in the second grade at the old East Side School. It carried on through childhood and all the way to Montana State University, where he was an accomplished filmmaker and fencer. After receiving a film degree, he became a US Army trained optician, and saw the world.
After pit stops in South Carolina, Virginia, Washington, California, and Germany as a luthier, soldier, and actor, he’s finally back home. If not here he can be found working on his old childhood home, waxing poetic on a stage, flying on the back of his motorcycle, or anywhere he can still find a functioning Street Fighter cabinet.
Mariah
Optician
Mariah joined Eyecare Professionals in February of 2022. Her passion is to help those around her, making her an outstanding paraoptometric technician. Her caring nature creates calmness and her ability to connect with each individual patient has a great impact.
Mariah is a Livingston native who loves the beauty that is Montana. She graduated from Park High School in 2005. She adores her small family that includes her husband Keith, whom she married in 2012, and her dogs, Brooke and Luna (and soon to be a baby boy September of 2024)! Together they love foraging, being at the river and enjoying all that Montana has to offer.
Megan
Optician
Megan was born in Billings, but moved to Livingston in 2009. She's proud to say she's been hooked ever since! Megan graduated from Park High in 2020 and set out to pursue a degree in secondary education, but returned home to pursue other interests.
Megan joined the Eyecare Professionals team in November of 2022. While she is new to the world of eye care and optics, her enthusiasm and eagerness to learn is quickly leading her to the pursuit of certification in Opticianry. When not at work, you can find her reading a good book, gardening or spending time with her family.

Lorien is a Montana born native from Bozeman. She joined our team in December of 2023. She started as a receptionist and has recently trained to be a technician on the clinic side. Lorien worked as human resource and medical management in the Army for 14+ years. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English. While Lorien has not needed glasses so far, she has an 8 year old son who has worn them since he was 5 and is familiar with all the intricacies of children and glasses.
Lorien enjoys video games, reading, hiking, and floating the Yellowstone with family and friends. Her favorite thing about Livingston is the mountains and the scenery. Lorien is a great addition to our team and has great customer service!
Sarah

Sarah joined our optical team in February of 2024. She grew up in Washington and moved to Montana in 2012. Sarah has a background of preventative healthcare which includes health coaching, group fitness, CrossFit coaching, and personal training. She enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, hunting, and attending concerts during the summer months. Her favorite thing about living in Montana is being surrounded by the mountains and rivers while being in a small town. Sarah and her dog Ruby, love to explore Montana and all its glory.
Sarah got her first pair of glasses at the age of 6 so she is very familiar when it comes to eyecare, and can relate well to our patients! She loves keeping things light and being a resource by helping others.
